How to anchor your Aero headband during workouts: 

• Pull headband over head and let hang from neck (like a necklace) 
• Position under hair at back neckline (or directly along back hairline for very short hair) 
• Pull headband up over face and position front edge along front hairline touching skin 
• This will maximize using the stretch of the fabric from front to back and secure your headband during your workout!
