Why didn't I receive my e-mail confirmation?
We're sorry you did not receive your confirmation. More than likely you've got a fancy e-mail provider who is categorizing us as spam... which breaks our hearts. Be sure to add us as a trusted sender: CustomerService@banded2gether.com
When do you ship?
As quickly as possible. Most of the year, that’s within one business day of your completed order. (Really.) Please call or e-mail if you need your headbands by a certain time. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How do you ship?
We ship within the United States and Canada at this time. Our methods of shipment include a variety of options through the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. Virtually all of our packages will take 2 to 5 business days in transit, but we do now offer faster shipping options at checkout for those who need them.
Do you guarantee your headbands?
They are comfortable and they don’t slip… so if they aren’t or if they do, simply return them within 30 days of your purchase (in good condition) and we’ll give you your money back. Before a return or exchange is accepted, however, you must contact us to provide your proof of purchase and receive a returned package number. Any package returned to BANDED™ without a return package number will be refused. (Sounds harsh, I know, but we have to do it.) Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the order was paid.
Can I wash my headband?
Yes! How to clean: hand wash, line dry… that’s it. Just like any clothing item, our headbands must be washed periodically and color may bleed prior to the first washing. For LUXE & metallic (Icy Metallic, Black Silver Metallic, Blue Gold Metallic) headbands, gently spot clean.
Can I order custom headbands?
Absolutely! There is a minimum order of 50 headbands. We can customize the headbands for you or you can upload a logo or art work. Currently, we do not hold any collegiate or professional sports team licenses. We are happy to accommodate direct requests from those with logo usage rights, and are able to provide proper documentation. Please email us at CustomerService@banded2gether.com
