About BANDED Headbands + Hair Accessories

You’ve got life. We’ve got your hair.

Whether chasing kids, chasing the dream, climbing mountains, or climbing the ladder, you’re always on the move. From casual ponies to red carpet glam, we’ve got the hair accessories you need to look and feel great for every occasion.

Our Story

BANDED launched in 2013 with a patented, non-slip headband for women on-the-go. 100% woman owned and operated, our products are proudly designed at our studio in Nashville, Tennessee. We’ve grown beyond the headband to offer a full assortment of high-quality, fashionable hair accessories to meet the BANDED woman in every part of her life.

Our Promise

BANDED manufactures in BSCI socially compliant factories and strives to use recycled, sustainable and eco-friendly materials and processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Our Mission

We are proud to have supported women and children around the globe by providing 13.6 million meals through our 1=3 giveback program. For every 1 product sold, we provide 1 day’s worth of meals for a child in need through our partner Food for the Poor. 1 BANDED product = 3 meals served. It’s that simple. Every Woman is a BANDED Woman. Please join us in our movement to be #banded2gether.

Founded in 1982, the interdenominational Christian ministry serves the poorest of the poor in 17 countries throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Thanks to its faithful donors, the organization’s programs are providing housing, healthcare, education, fresh water, emergency relief and micro-enterprise assistance, in addition to feeding hundreds of thousands of people each day. Learn more about Food For The Poor.

WHERE WE SERVE

LOCAL AND GLOBAL

BANDED is known for our exclusive custom prints. Our product & prints are designed and developed in-house by our creative team. Our product is manufactured mainly overseas by our partners in China. We also have manufacturing in India and some in the United States. We have a close, personal relationship with our global manufacturing teams and consider them an extension of our BANDED family. Our 1=3™ meal program currently feeds children in Latin America and the Caribbean. We are proud to partner with Florida based Food for the Poor to provide these meals. We seek opportunities to partner with other women-owned and give back companies such as Prosperity Candle in Massachusetts. Our BANDED candles are made by refugee women earning a living wage and joining the American workforce for the first time. We are currently in the planning phases for a new line of BANDED USA product that will be made at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN.
